GOAL
Ambetter desired to update their current design with more updated modules and wanted us to explore and implement new ways to improve operations and transform a medical information.
PROCESS
Meet Ambetter marketing team to deep dive into their wants and needs. Participated in many collaborative meetings with Ambetter and our UX team to provide visual design options.
RESULT
The final visual design Ambetter was drawn to was a visually updated yet modern approach to their site that used comforting serif fonts paired with a modern sans serif to appeal and blend seamlessly into our medical experience.

Wireframe UX Testing Report
VISUAL DESIGN
Being a part of the UX workshops and gaining insight with a Wireframe UX Testing Report, it allowed the team and I to understand how to approach Ambetter’s customers approach healthcare. In an industry that provides deeply personal choices, completing the behind the scenes work was extremely important for us to allow Ambetter to clearly and concisely provide healthcare plans and information. As lead designer for this role, I worked closely with Ambetter and our UX team to build out and bring their vision to life.
